Are all e-liquids, hardware items and supplies are premium and authentic?

Yes, we only sell authentic product and premium e-liquids that are imported directly from USA.

Why yalla vape does not have a phone number that I can call?

We believe that email is the fastest and most effective way of communication. But no worries!!! after you place an order, a representatives from our office will call when your items are ready to be shipped, to confirm you order, shipping address and payment method and will answer any questions you may have during the call.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will ship the same day up to the carrier pickup dead line, If we can not ship you product in the same day, we will ship it the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery or before inquiring about your order.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Email us to Customer Service before 10 am of the next business day. We don’t not accept changes to orders via email or over the phone. Instead, we will cancel your entire order and you will have to re-place your order again on the website.


Can you buy me a vaping products from USA, Europe or China other than what is listed on your site?

 Yes,click on Pre-order,copy and paste all links to your favorite products, enter the quantities, and submit,   If your product is approved, you will receive a confirmation email that your product has been approved and we will give you the cost and payment instructions. All special orders must be paid by credit card in advance. No cash on delivery will be accepted on pre orders.
